The Beauty in the Breakdown: Your 30-Second Reset

Turning messy moments into breakthroughs with a simple ritual

When Life Gets Messy…

Hi Glow Fam,

Thank you to everyone who got their Labor Day glow on. Whether you watched, shared, subscribed, or simply took a quiet moment for yourself—I’m grateful. Your presence here matters and it keeps this community shining.

This week, we’re talking about the beauty inside the breakdown. Not the polished version—real life. The days we’re stretched thin, the moments we feel like we’re failing, and the choice to pause instead of push.

Here’s the framework I use:

  1. Notice the Mess — Name what’s true right now.

  2. Name the Message — What is this moment trying to teach me?

  3. Choose the Reset — I use The Lip Ritual™ (lavender to calm, peppermint to clear, frankincense to ground) for a 30-second nervous-system reset.

Small choices change everything. When we honor the pause, the mess becomes meaningful—and the breakthrough begins.
